User Analysis
Anticipating what the users want
To better understand our target users, we began by crafting user personas and engaging in thoughtful discussions to identify individuals interested in cultivating food at home. This process helped us anticipate their specific needs and envision the services our product could offer to streamline the gardening experience. Our user research revealed several pain points. Many users struggle with limited access to clean air and pesticide-free produce. Additionally, the lack of gardening space around their living environment presents a significant barrier to growing their own food. In terms of desires, our users seek a living space that brings them closer to nature, even within the confines of an urban setting. They dream of having a stylish garden where they can enjoy the rewarding experience of growing their own produce. Finally, their primary needs revolve around creating a dedicated space for growing vegetables to feed their families and having fresh, nutritious food readily available in the comfort of their home.
